{"id":82848,"date":"2023-01-31T17:33:41","date_gmt":"2023-01-31T16:33:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cooltrainers.wpenginepowered.com\/?page_id=82848"},"modified":"2023-01-31T17:33:41","modified_gmt":"2023-01-31T16:33:41","slug":"planungsklausur","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/cooltrainers.at\/en\/planungsklausur\/","title":{"rendered":"Planungsklausur"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]COOL stands for Cooperative Open Learning and is a teacher initiative promoting more independence and personal responsibility in education.<\/p>\n<p>Cooperative Open Learning is a pedagogical approach to teaching and school development &#8211; an opportunity for further development for students, teachers, and schools at their respective locations.<\/p>\n<p>The three COOL principles based on Helen Parkhurst&#8217;s Dalton Plan, which was published as early as 1922, are integral to our teaching and the development of staff and organization.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0\u00a0 Freedom<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 \u00a0Cooperation<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0\u00a0 Personal Responsibility<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Students, teachers, parents, and so-called school partners, learn with and from each other by promoting freedom, cooperation, and personal responsibility.
